What types of cables can the WPM-RT-82T Automatic Cable Coiling & Binding Machine process?

The WPM-RT-82T is designed to handle a wide range of common power and data cables, including AC power cords, DC cables, and USB wires. It is suitable for cables with a maximum outer diameter of ≤12mm and lengths up to ≤10 meters, making it a versatile solution for manufacturers and processors of various electronic and electrical cable harnesses.

What is the production efficiency of this automatic cable coiling machine?

This industrial cable bundler offers high-speed automation with an efficiency of up to 1000 pieces per hour. This consistent output significantly boosts productivity, reduces manual labor costs, and ensures uniform coil quality for bulk wire processing operations.

How does the automatic binding feature work on this machine?

The machine integrates a fully automatic wire tying mechanism. After the cable is precisely coiled to a set length, the system automatically applies a secure tie or strap (typically a twist-tie or cable tie, depending on configuration) to bind the coil, completing the process without manual intervention for a professional, shipment-ready bundle.

What are the key benefits of using an automatic machine like the WPM-RT-82T for cable coiling?

Key benefits include dramatic increases in production speed and consistency, reduced physical strain and labor costs associated with manual coiling, and improved product presentation with uniform, professionally bound coils. As a durable industrial solution, it ensures long-term reliability, minimizes human error, and enhances overall workflow efficiency in cable harness assembly.

Is this machine suitable for small-batch or custom cable production runs?

Yes, while excelling in high-volume production (1000 pcs/hour), the WPM-RT-82T is also adaptable for smaller or custom batches. Its settings can be adjusted for different cable lengths and coil diameters (within its ≤12mm, ≤10m capacity), allowing for flexible operation across various production schedules and specific customer requirements for AC, DC, or USB cables.
